I-PAC: Introduction to High Reliability Organizational Principles in LTC

  • Describe the characteristics of a high reliable organization (HRO);
  • Summarize what it means to be a HRO;
  • Describe the role of each member of the health care team in an HRO;
  • Apply the HRO characteristics as related to the prevention of infections in long term care settings.
