reportable events are frequently misunderstood and can present facilities with
questions or concerns about regulatory compliance. The NJ Department of Health will focus on the
most frequently reported events and the highest volume questions from
facilities. DOH will address required
reporting timeframes, NoviSurvey and how to report in a manner that is most
efficient.
